I was stubborn about where I wanted my home to be and inventory was tight but Dave stayed on top of new listings and showed me homes that had just come onto the market a day or two earlier. He was super honest and even when I felt pressure to put offers in since the lease on my rental was coming up, he actually encouraged me not to since he could see that the place didn't have that special "wow" factor. Once we had an offer in and accepted, Dave was still super helpful in getting answers to questions about inspections, mortgages, etc. Dave is someone who is down-to-earth, willing to listen to your needs, and honest about getting you into a home you will love. I highly recommend him!!

Noel aka Dave was so helpful to my fiance and I in the process of buying our first home. The fact that we were fairly picky coupled with the fact that the market shifted during the course of our home-buying process to a seller's market did not us a seamless sell, but Dave stuck by us every step of the way! He truly cared about finding us a good house- there were times when we were getting a little desperate and he actually encouraged us NOT to put an offer on some less than stellar homes that we were considering due to our budget and the prevalence of price wars/"best and final offer" calls that we kept running into. If you are looking for an honest realtor who actually cares about finding you a good home and not just how fast he can get a commission out of you, Dave is your guy!

Dave Miller was truly the best Realtor we could of prayed for. Our first impression of him was that he was a listener and wasn't pushy at all. My husband and I spent years viewing homes online and a few in person before diving into the home buying process and even developed a hesitation because of the fears of "not saving enough" "not finding what you love" and being able to make it through the process without stress, and anxiety.
Dave was an answer to every fear or doubt you have going into the home buying process.
My 2 year old Toddler, and me being 20 weeks pregnant my husband and I were on the hunt for our dream home, and within weeks we were putting in a offer, and saying yes to our "forever home."
Dave has the class and professionalism that we needed, but oh did we get so much more than that. He doesn't want to just find you a house and secure the sale. He listens to you on what you are looking to spend, and factors in all the possibilities that could go in your favor or not. You know you have a good agent, when they care about the home inspection results! Dave stood by us, gave us wisdom on what to expect and didn't let us exceed our budget, even if the house was staged "just right." He has the expertise and teaches you along the way without making you feel left out in this complex process.
I also have to brag that we saw 3 houses in person with Dave with proper COVID-19 regulations and ended up going with our #3 house! You can research alongside him and he will make calls to get you in the door. Dave also fought for us, when we had issues with our sellers and advocated for us when running into issues with our Lawyer. He has the fight in him, if you need it.
My husband and I consider Dave to just have that "it" factor. He isn't going to sell you just "anything" but you learn throughout the process with him right by your side!
When you call he picks up his phone, when you fear, he is reassurance. They don't make them like Dave Miller anymore.
